From menu and beverage selection to decorations and invites, our onsite party planner will ensure that no detail is overlooked. Each of our locations offer state of the art audio and video equipment and can provide various entertainment options to suit your function’s needs. If you have a party that wants to book an event that does not fit the “party guidelines” you must get approval to book the party from Senior Management. You may call or email Eric, Tony, Nicole or Maria so that they may sign off on the event in question. Failure to get approval from Senior Management will not be tolerated.

If you have any other questions regarding booking a party, please be sure to address one of the aforementioned members of Senior Management so that they may assist you.

Party Guidelines

Staffing & Staffing Payout Guidelines
Parties of 30 or less: 1 server, 1 busboy, 1 bartender
Parties of 30-40: 1 server, 2 busboys, 1 bartender
Parties of 40-50: 2 servers, 2 busboys, 1 bartender
Parties of 50-75: 2 servers, 3 busboys, 2 bartenders
Parties of 75 or more: 3 servers, 3 busboys, 2 bartenders

The Pay Scale is as follows:
Servers= $25 per hour
Busboys= $20 per hour
Bartenders= $25 per hour

Please Note:
Staffing should be scheduled to arrive an hour before the start of the event.
Any additional gratuity given to the staff from the party that is more than the designated 18% service charge is to be distributed amongst the staff that worked the event.

Lunch Buffet & Cocktail Party
Monday - Sunday
Available for groups of 20 or larger for the Lunch Buffet Package
Available for groups of 30 or larger for the Lunch Cocktail Party

Dinner Buffet & Cocktail Party
Sunday - Thursday
Available for groups 30 or larger for the Dinner Buffet Package
Available for groups 40 or larger for the Evening Cocktail Party

Friday & Saturday Nights
Available for groups of 50 or larger for Premium food and liquor packages only!
Available for groups of 65 or larger for the Premium Cocktail Party & Liquor Package only!!

Room Charges
There is a room charge of $100.00 that is applied to any evening gathering.

Deposits
A 20% deposit will be required to reserve your party. This deposit is applicable to the final bill the day of your event. We require 3 weeks notice in the event of cancellation to qualify for a refund. This deposit can be secured with a credit card, cash or check.

Guaranteed Numbers
We will set, staff and prepare food for the number of guests that you have guaranteed. Please try to be as accurate as possible so that we may have the room ready for your guests when they arrive. Should your actual number fall short of the guaranteed number, you will be billed for 100% of the guaranteed number. Should your actual number fall short of the minimum number of people required for a party, you will be charged for that minimum number of people as well as the room charge.

Menu Information
We require your menu selection and final head count (guaranteed number) no later than 7 days prior to your function.
